MARTINI RESERVA SPECIALE BITTER
Born in Torino in 1872, the MARTINI BITTER recipe has been kept secret and passed on from generation to generation of master blenders in Casa Martini until today. Inspired by the original recipe, Giuseppe Musso and Ivano Tonutti, our eight generation of masters, have crafted a premium expression of the authentic MARTINI RISERVA SPECIALE BITTER that perfectly matches the MARTINI Riserva Speciale® Vermouth di Torino premium range to deliver their ultimate dream: “To create the best tasting Negroni in the world, the MARTINI Negroni”.
MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter adds to its more than 20 herbs and roots, three rare and unique botanicals: hand picked saffron, calumba and Angostura. These three botanicals, revered by top bar tenders around the world due to their scarcity, unique taste and properties, confer a distinct character and a complex bitter taste that can’t be found in the traditional bitters.
MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter is rested in traditional Piemontese tino. The same oak casks , used for the resting of the botanical extracts of Martini Riserva Speciale vermouth.
MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter ’s characteristic ruby-red hue colour comes from natural colourants as it used to be in the 1872 original recipe. All the ingredients utilized in the production of MARTINI RISERVA SPECIALE BITTER Riserva are 100% natural.
