Martini Fiero

MARTINI FIERO is a new addition to Martini Family.

The MARTINI FIERO citrus notes are coming from Sweet Spanish oranges, the peels of each are hand cut in long strip, according to the traditional Murcia way, spread on linen treads and naturally dried under the sun. After a couple of weeks the peels are completely dry and ready to be used. This craft method is laborious and produces small quantities but allows to keep intact most of the essential oils contained in the peel that in contact with wormwood and other aromatic herbs create a unique Martini Fiero taste profile.
