Bouquet: attractive, surprising bouquet featuring subtle nutty, dried fruit and oaky aromas with a touch of vanilla. Taste: outstanding character on the palate with good length, complex hints of fruit and oak, and a superb equilibrium between subtlety and power.
Overall impression: thanks to its gentle curves and broad lipped neck, the distinctive 70 cl « Kheops » decanter gives XO Troisème Millénaire very much of a luxury feel. The convex decanter also features a screen-printed poem in French explaining the name of this cognac.
