BACARDI Carta Blanca
TASTE CHARACTERISTICS
White premium rum with light and mild flavour. It is outstandingly balanced, which makes it an excellent base for cocktails (mojito, mixed with juices and cola). Matured for 18 months. The flavour opens up with notes of vanilla and fruit, a slight aroma of forest herbs and almonds.
PRODUCTION PECULIARITIES
Owing to a special yeast culture, Bacardi Rum has a unique fusion of tastes and aromas, which cannot be replicated using other yeasts.
IDEAL PRESENTATION
Take a tall, pre-cooled glass, crush in it a wedge of lime, fill with ice cubes. Pour in 50 ml of Bacardi Carta Blanca and 100 ml of juice (cherry, apple, cranberry).
