4 cl Bombay Sapphire Gin

2 cl Lemon juice

1 cl Sugar syrup

6 cl Sparkling water

Lemon slice

Ice

Glass: Highball

Preparation

Fill highball glass at least for 2/3 with ice and pour on top all ingredients, stir easily with a cocktail spoon. Garnish with a lemon slice.
