4 cl The Botanist Gin

1 cl Monin Creme de Menthe Verte liqueur

2 cl Lime juice

6 cl Three Cents Aegean Tonic

Fresh mint

Ice

Glass: Highball

Preparation

All the ingredients except Tonic pour in the glass, fill the glass by 2/3 with ice and stir. Pour over Three Cents Aegean Tonic and stir again.

Garnish with fresh mint.
