Jack Sour

5 cl Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7

2,5 cl Fresh lemon juice

1,5 cl Sugar syrup

4-6 Drops of Angostura bitters

1 Egg white

Ice

Orange slice

Cherry

Glass: Rocks

Preparation

Pour Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 and other ingredients into shaker, fill it with ice by 2/3 and give it a good shake. Pour the cocktail into an ice filled glass using strainer.

Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
